It has a brand new full kitchen with Corian Countertops, an Island and a Bar. Log Dining table offers ample seating for the whole family.
Plush Leather Furniture in the formal living area has a 50 inch Flat Screen TV with Direct TV. There is a total of 4 TV’s (3 have Direct TV and one has Local HD) giving your whole party many choices for viewing or playing games.
Speaking of games: The 600 square foot game room sleeps 4 with a sofa sleeper and comfy futon. There is a game table for card playing or chess and checkers (bring your game pieces if you are an avid player).
A large table in the game room offers a place for the family to laugh and enjoy each other. An upper 24 ft long viewing deck overlooks the lake from the game room so you can practically stay there all day totally entertained.
You enter the 600 square foot master suite through French Doors off the living room. There is deck access and a master bath with whirlpool tub and a 5 foot shower with two seats; a double sink and stone décor. There is a king size bed with lake views located on the main level. The TV has Direct and a walk in closet that is almost the size of many bedrooms.
Upstairs another large bedroom with seating is steps from full bath with 4 ft shower. This room has a Queen bed and cozy décor.
The final 3rd bedroom is the most interesting in the home because when you enter this large suite just across from a full bath, there are two set of French Doors that lead on to game room. If the rest of the family is off limits to the game room, you have very large area to lounge by yourself or a great place to put the kids while being able to keep a good eye on them.
This arrangement would work well with Grand Ma and Grand Pa downstairs with the rest of the family upstairs.

After stepping down from the full back porch that offers both a sun deck and a covered deck where there is plenty of seating with glider rockers and a patio table set with chairs and umbrella, you will see the wonderful view of the main channel of Douglas Lake located on the North Shore between the Dandridge and the I-40 Bridges. This long range view of the lake is enjoyed along with the park like setting before getting to the waters edge. A wonderful benefit to this home is that the walk is an easy grade to the fire-pit, picnic table and the sandy Beach. There is easy access down to the water for swimming. If you are bringing your boat or fishing gear, this home has a huge dock (36’ X 28’). And a Free Public launch is just a couple minutes away.
