Why is this home so affordable?
Let us explain.....The home is on a quiet location behind a gate.
There is one residence that shares the large grounds that is used as a 2nd home. However, you are welcome to enjoy the entire front yard, lounge chairs, hammock and dock.
There is also a private shady lakeside sitting area at the game room building for reading and picnicking.
At the home there is a patio with chairs and a charcoal grill.
Inside the 2 bedroom cottage you will find a large living, dining and kitchen area with satellite TV.
The Large Master with king bedroom is beautifully decorated and located on the main level of the home. Full bath with shower and washer /dryer are conveniently located on the main level as well.
There is a large bedroom upstairs with king bed, twin bed, TV and Private deck.
There are 2 DVD players. Plus, Owner has over 160 DVD's you can check out when available.
Dock has covered slip for large boat. There is also space for jet skis or another boat 16 feet or less. Another benefit is there is AC right on dock.
Very nice concrete launch onsite for your boat.
This home is located on the same street as 7th Heaven.
Whether you are part of a big party staying in the above homes or just a small family here to enjoy your Douglas Lake Vacation in the Smoky Mountains, Blue Water Cove is a great choice. If you have small children, the owner may allow a larger than 5 party to stay at the home, however, there is only sleeping for 5 provided. Please call the office to discuss your accommodation needs.
