Where is Pretty Place - Pretty Place is located just three miles from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge off of Dollywood Lane. This home is not lakefront. However, if you have a boat, you may leave your boat and trailer free of charge on the property located at Gator Point Marina and use the launch (at your own risk), free of charge as an extra benefit of booking with us.

Where is Douglas Lake? - Douglas Lake is located 12 miles North East of Sevierville, TN off of 411 North. It runs parallel south of I-40 east of Dandridge, TN. Douglas Lake has over 550 miles of shoreline and offers excellent fishing, boating and swimming. This lake has been voted a top 5 crappie and top 10 bass fishing lake in the country.

Where are the lakefront cabins located? - We have homes all over the lake from Flat Creek to Baneberry. You will need to inquire about where each home is located on the lake.

Do you accept pets? - Yes in our pet friendly units. Please see these homes on our pet friendly units page. All other units have strict no pet policy.

Are cabins NON -Smoking? - YES, ALL cabins have a No Smoking Policy. Guests are to smoke outside. There is a large penalty charged for smoking inside.

Are linens provided? - YES all linens are provided. Exchange of towels are available in units where there is no washer and dryer.

Do you accept credit cards? - Yes, in fact a credit card is needed to book with us and must be used for the initial deposit. Debit cards and personal checks are accepted for final payment outside of 21 days of booking. Please notifly the office if you only carry a debit card.

What do you mean by "final payment"? - Whenever you book a vacation package with a travel agent, vacation supplier, or cruise line there is an initial deposit and then payment is due in full so many days before arrival date. We have chosen to adopt this policy so that we are able to give our guest the convenience of Express Check-In. Coming to our office is no longer required and you can go directly to your cabin that you have leased from our company. Entry into the cabin is provided with an electronic key code combination that is unique to your booking. Please see Terms and Conditions for full explanation of final payment procedures.

How do you operate the keyless entry? - When all documents and payments have been received and delivered, you will be given a combination number. Upon arrival at your cabin, you simply punch in the combination per the instructions. No key is required to lock or unlock the door.

What is a Damage Waiver? It is a non refundable Security Damage Waiver that we require for each booking. The cost is $20 for 2 nights stays and $40 (plus tax) all other bookings. This Peace of Mind fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to $500. If damage occurs during your stay, please let us know immediately and it will be paid for by the property management company. This privilege is offered to you as our way of saying thank you for your business. This policy does not cover intentional acts that results in damage, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or any cause if the guest fails to report the damage to the property management company before departure. Call 865-365-5256 to report breakage. Coverage does not apply to theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a guest. In cases of abuse and malicious damage to rental property the guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the amount of all damage including attorney's fees.
